For ‘Ready to Download’ Store

• The Designs sold here are digital products (‘pdf’ format), after downloading drawings / Designs it doesn't make sense to return, hence we don’t allow exchange / return or refund.

• Once an order has been processed and the designs are ready to download in ‘pdf’ format, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Buyers are advised to check Product / Design description, spaces allocation / sizes before placing orders.

• However, if you find spaces mismatch issues / typing errors as compared to mentioned specifications, report us to the provided email address and we shall provide you rectified drawing.

For ‘Customized Design’

 

• An order can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing order.

• An order can be cancelled by sending us a request by e-mail on xplansdesigns@gmail.com.

• Amount paid by Buyer for the concerned purchase shall be refunded within next two business days after deduction of Cancellation fee of 100 Rs or 5% of amount (whichever is higher).
